The system has a rotary tablet press arranged in a housing and supported by a rack in the housing. An electrical driving motor is integrated in a rotor (22) of the press, where the rotor is rotatably supported on a middle column of a frame. A switching cabinet (24) for the press consists of a machine computer for operation of the press. A middle column (20) is supported on a horizontal carrying element (18), which is arranged at a distance above a baseplate (14). The switching cabinet is arranged in an intermediate space between the horizontal carrying element and baseplate.
