Described is a cooling system for products that includes a first cooling module, which refrigerant flow cools at a first temperature; a second cooling module which refrigerant flow cools at a second temperature and supplies the first cooling module, the second cooling module being generally located parallel the second cooling module, thus performing the cooling action in the same direction; and transport means for generally displacing products parallel the refrigerant flows; the products are firstly transported through the first refrigerant flow of the first module so as to be cooled in one of the side portions thereof, the opposite side portion of the product being subsequently cooled by the refrigerant flow of the second cooling module. A cooling method is further described. |
