PURPOSE: A protein-protein interaction analyzer at single molecular level is provided to analyze protein-protein interaction influence. CONSTITUTION: A protein-protein interaction analyzer(300) comprises an optical excitation part(320), a sample loading unit(310), an optical measuring unit(330), a signal analysis unit(340), a signal diagnostic unit(360), and a storage unit(350). The sample loading unit loads a substrate. The optical excitation part generates near field of first wave length on the surface of the substrate. The optical measuring unit senses wave length change of the first wave length to a second wave length on the surface of the substrate. |
