摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing the time required for precharge of a smoothing capacitor.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle disclosed in the present specification includes: a primary battery; a primary power-source line connected to the primary battery; a power control unit including a smoothing capacitor for smoothing the voltage of the primary power-source line; switches for switching between conduction and nonconduction of the primary power-source line; a secondary battery at lower voltage than that of the primary battery; a secondary power-source line connected to the secondary battery; a first DC-DC converter connecting the primary power-source line to the secondary power-source line at a portion more adjacent to the power control unit than the switches; and a second DC-DC converter connecting the primary power-source line to the secondary power-source line at a portion more adjacent to the primary battery than the switches. The first DC-DC converter is a unidirectional DC-DC converter capable of performing voltage step-up operation. The second DC-DC converter is a bidirectional DC-DC converter capable of performing voltage step-down operation and voltage step-up operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
