<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately secure dielectric strength voltage between a back electrode of a solar cell and an opening end surface of a back surface protection member. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell module, a lead wire 63, a sheet like sealing insulation member 64 having an opening 64a for leading out an output lead part 63a of the lead wire 63, and a sheet like back surface protection member 65 having an opening 65a for leading out the output lead part 63a of the lead wire 63 are sequentially laminated on a back electrode of a solar cell 55. Multiple insulation sheets 11a, 11b are disposed between the back electrode of the solar cell 55 and the back surface protection member 65 so as to cover an entire periphery of an edge part of the opening 65a of the back surface protection member 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
