The present invention relates to a rubber conveying belt. The conveying belt has an upper adhesive layer, a middle adhesive layer and a lower adhesive layer, the middle adhesive layer containing a steel net skeleton which comprises a plurality of spiral steel rings and steel wire ropes, wherein adjacent spiral steel rings are longitudinally intersected at which the steel wire ropes are penetrated, the spiral steel rings are levorotatory or dextrorotatory steel rings and spiral directions of two adjacent spiral steel rings are opposite. The steel net skeleton includes fabric ropes for preventing the steel wire ropes from being drawn out. The conveying belt has a first auxiliary adhesive layer. From top to bottom, the upper adhesive layer, the middle adhesive layer, a second middle adhesive layer, the first auxiliary adhesive layer and the lower adhesive layer are calendered, molded and vulcanized to form the conveying belt.
