PURPOSE: A health management service system, method, communication apparatus for a health management service, smart card, and recording medium are provided to effectively transmit and manage measurement information by providing a communication apparatus including a smart card. CONSTITUTION: A measurement apparatus(10) measures bio-information. A communication apparatus(100) is interlocked with the measurement apparatus. The communication apparatus extracts measurement results of the bio-information measured by the measurement apparatus. A health management service apparatus(300) receives the measurement result of the extracted bio-information through a network. The health management service apparatus provides health knowledge information corresponding to the received measurement results to the communication apparatus through the network.
