A capacitive touchscreen comprising a substrate (12) and a transparent electrically-conductive layer arranged on the substrate (12). The electrically-conductive layer comprises a sensing area (20). The sensing area (20) is provided with a first side and a second side opposite thereto and comprises: multiple transparent and electrically-conductive first electrodes (26), where each of the first electrodes (26) comprises one first trunk (26a) extending from the first side to the second side; multiple transparent and electrically-conductive second electrodes (28), where each of the second electrodes (28) comprises one second trunk (28a) extending from the first side to the second side and one wiring (28b) connected to the second trunk (28a), and each second trunk (28a) provides in tandem with the corresponding first trunk (26a) an effect of sensing a touched position; and, a transparent and electrically-nonconductive pattern, which is arranged between the first and second electrodes to electrically separate the two. A nano-silver thin film used in the capacitive touchscreen has a low sheet resistance, high transmittance, and great bending resistance. An increased design space is provided for the sensing pattern and the size of the touchscreen. Also provided is a manufacturing method for the capacitive touchscreen. |
