PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment agent capable of imparting high water repellency and oil repellency to the surface of a rubber product, and to provide a rubber product surface-treated with the surface treatment agent.SOLUTION: The surface treatment agent for a rubber base material contains a fluorine-containing compound represented by formula (I), calcium silicide, a rubber cement obtained by dissolving a rubber composition in a solvent for the rubber cement, an alkali, and a solvent for the surface treatment agent which dissolves them. In the formula (I), Rrepresents a group containing a fluoroalkyl group; Rrepresents an alkyl group or an alkoxyalkyl group; Rand Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group; x is an integer of 1-100; and y is an integer of 0-100.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
