PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new methods and compositions for safe and effective tumor vascular targeting, anti-angiogenesis and tumor destruction.SOLUTION: Disclosed are surprising discoveries concerning a role of anionic phospholipids and aminophospholipids in tumor vasculature and in viral entry and spread, and compositions and methods for utilizing these findings in treatment of cancer and viral infections.
