PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device capable of reducing extra work required for imaging operation, a display control method, and a program.SOLUTION: A display control device comprises an imaging unit 16, a subject detecting unit 53, an operation determining unit 54, a storage control unit 55, an output control unit 56, and an output unit 19. The subject detecting unit 53 acquires information related to a subject. The operation determining unit 54 determines whether the subject operation is viewing operation of the output unit 19 on the basis of information related to the subject acquired by the subject detecting unit 53. When the operation determining unit 54 determines that the subject operation is not viewing operation of the output unit 19, the storage control unit 55 controls a storage unit 20 so that the images imaged by the imaging unit 16 are stored in the storage unit 20. When the operation determining unit 54 determines that the subject operation is viewing operation of the output unit 19, the output control unit 56 controls the output unit 19 so that the images stored in the storage unit 20 are displayed in the output unit 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
