PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can suppress the influence from the variation in power source voltage to be supplied.SOLUTION: A regulator 50 includes: an output terminal Q that outputs an output voltage; a differential portion 3 that outputs a result of comparing the output voltage and a reference voltage; and a source-follower circuit 4 that includes a DMOS transistor 5 having a control terminal to which the output of the differential portion 3 is input, a drain terminal connected to a driving power source, and a source terminal connected to the output terminal Q, and a load transistor 6 having a control terminal to which a constant voltage is input, a drain terminal connected to the source terminal of the DMOS transistor 5 and the output terminal, and a grounded source terminal.
