PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve luminous efficiency by controlling the change of color or brightness of light emitted from a light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(20) and a second electrode(80) are separately formed on a substrate. A plurality of light-emitting layers(50) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode in a vertical direction. Two light-emitting layers among the plurality of light-emitting layers comprise a plurality of horizontal light-emitting areas which is formed in a horizontal direction. An electron-transport layer(60) is formed between the second electrode and the plurality of light-emitting layers. A hole-transport layer is formed between the first electrode and the plurality of light-emitting layers.
