PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant raw liquid and a beverage effectively improved in flavors, and a method related to them.SOLUTION: A method includes producing a second plant raw liquid, which is to be used for the production of a beverage, by bringing a first plant raw liquid into contact with an alcohol non-production yeast. Moreover, the method may further include producing the beverage using the second plant raw liquid. |
