摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of obtaining a toner for electrostatic charge image development capable of controlling aggregation of particles in an aggregation step and having good durability by an emulsion aggregation method using a composite resin.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a toner for electrostatic charge image development includes: a phase inversion emulsification step of dissolving a binder resin including a composite resin including an amorphous condensation polymerization resin composition and an addition polymerization resin component in an organic solvent, mixing the solvent then with an aqueous medium to emulsify the binder resin, and removing the organic solvent to obtain a resin particle dispersion; a filtration step of filtering the resin particle dispersion obtained in the phase inversion emulsification step; an aggregation step of mixing filtrate obtained in the filtration step with at least a wax dispersion to aggregate particles included in the obtained mixed liquid; and a uniting step of uniting aggregated particles obtained in the aggregation step. The composite resin indicates turbidity of 8 or more and 100 or less measured when 30 pts.mass of the composite resin is dissolved in 70 pts.mass of ethyl acetate; and filtrate obtained by filtering the resin particle dispersion obtained by the phase inversion emulsification step with a filter having sieve opening of 105 μm indicates turbidity of 10 or less measured when 30 pts.mass of a residue after drying with the moisture content of 1 mass% is dissolved in 70 pts.mass of ethyl acetate.
