PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode support half cell having an anode support substrate and an electrolyte layer, in which warping of the peripheral edge is reduced, crack and corruption are less likely to occur even when laminated in multilayer as a cell stack, sealability of peripheral portion is excellent, and a cathode layer can be formed stably by screen printing.SOLUTION: An anode support half cell having an anode support substrate, and an electrolyte layer laminated thereon is placed so that the electrolyte layer becomes the upper surface. The difference (Δh) between the height (h1) of the peripheral end of the electrolyte layer, obtained by irradiating the surface of the electrolyte layer with laser light by using a laser optical three-dimensional shape measurement device, and then performing three-dimensional analysis of the reflection light, and the height (h2) of the electrolyte layer at a position of 3 mm from the peripheral edge in the center direction of the half cell is 100 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
