PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training program corresponding to a training history of model human resources for proper training object persons.SOLUTION: A training support server 10 includes a storage part 15 for storing the present human resource information of human resources, history information as human resource information of a history of a corresponding human resource, and information of past training program items received by the human resource, a communication part 16 for receiving the designation of human resource search condition information of a model human resource to be a model of a training object person, and a CPU 11 for searching the model human resource from the stored human resource information in accordance with the human resource search condition information, extracting a training object person having human resource information corresponding to the history information of the model human resource from the stored human resource information, and extracting training program items received by the model human resource from the stored information of the training program items. The communication part 16 outputs the extracted information of the training program items as information of the extracted training program items for the training object person. |
