A carbonless copy note pad (1) includes a stack of note sheet sets (10). Each of note sheet sets (10) includes first and second paper sheets (11, 12), first and second adhesive layers (31, 33), a color-developing coating layer (2), and a coarse particle coating layer (4). The color-developing coating layer (2) is formed on at least one of the first and second paper sheets (11, 12). The coarse particle coating layer (4) is formed on a lower surface (122) of the second paper sheet (12), and has a roughened surface (41) to prevent a scribbling pressure applied to a writing surface (111) of the first paper sheet (11) of a topmost one of the note sheet sets (10) from affecting a next one of the note sheet sets (10). |
