PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably cool an electric component without damaging the freedom degree of mounting of the electric component.SOLUTION: An inside of a heat carrier part (heat pipe (90)) is partitioned into an evaporation part (91) for evaporating a working fluid (F) and a condensation part (92) for condensing the working fluid (F), and working fluid passages (94) for circulating the working fluid (F) are formed between the evaporation part (91) and the condensation part (92). A region for fixing an electric component is provided on an outer surface of the heat carrier part (90) at a portion corresponding to the evaporation part (91), and a heat exchanger (refrigerant jacket (80)) is fixed in a portion corresponding to the condensation part (92).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
