PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable train operation while considering total power consumption when supplying electric power to a train and managing the operation of the train on the basis of train schedules.SOLUTION: Operation control means of an apparatus for controlling operation lowers a running speed of a train so that a train to be controlled can reach the next station within a time period from a scheduled time of the train arriving at the next station to a scheduled time of the train starting at the next station according to a predetermined operation schedule in consideration of a time of the train stopping at the next station, on the basis of an acquired train running position. |
