PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile fender support structure capable achieving both of bonnet support rigidity for firmly supporting a hood and securing of low rigidity in which the whole of a fender bracket is fully destroyed in a collision of the fender with a collision object, while the fender bracket for supporting the hood is formed to have a simple and lightweight structure and a compact shape good for a small vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided a fender bracket 30 which has a hood support part 37 for supporting a hood and fender mounting parts 38, 39 for mounting a fender on an upper wall 31. The fender bracket 30 has a pair of leg parts 32, 33 extending downward from the facing both ends of the upper wall 31, and vehicle body fixing parts 34, 35 formed in the lower ends of the leg parts 32, 33 and fixed to a vehicle body. The pair of leg parts 32, 33 has central openings 49, 53 and both columnar parts 47, 48, 51, 52 located on both sides thereof, and both columnar parts are formed in the shape of a reverse trapezoid inclined so as to be more separated from each other toward the upper part. |
