PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealing material in which when being used as an underfill material, bleed phenomenon at the time of heating/curing can be controlled, and high share kneading is possible when producing the liquid sealing material, thereby the dispersion stability of each component is excellent.SOLUTION: The liquid sealing material includes (a) an epoxy resin, (b) an aromatic amine-based curing agent, (c) a clathrate, and (d) an inorganic filler, wherein: (c) the clathrate is at least one of the clathrate of 5-hydroxy isophthalic acid and an imidazole derivative and the clathrate of 5-nitro isophthalic acid and an imidazole derivative; and the mass ratio (c)/((a)+(b)+(c)) of (c) to the total mass of (a) to (c) is 0.003 to 0.1. |
