PURPOSE: A chiller with a shaft center of a spindle is provided to reduce process losses by effectively repairing and maintaining an oil seal. CONSTITUTION: A chiller with a shaft center of a spindle comprises a boring spindle(101), a spring support(120), a housing(140),a rotary shaft(130), an oil seal housing(150), an oil seal(160), a piston(170), and an adapter(180). A cooling oil hole is formed on one side of the spring support. The housing is connected to the spring support, and the cooling oil is circulated inside the housing. One or more slots are formed on an outer wall of the rotary shaft. A cooling oil inlet and outlet are formed on the outer wall of the oil seal housing. The oil seal is connected to the oil seal housing, and integrally formed into one body. The piston is connected to a rear part of the oil seal housing. |
