PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a meat relish having a crispy palatability which has never existed. SOLUTION: This relish is obtained by forming meat, a meat processed food and a meat product into an arbitrary form, if required, seasoning, sterilizing, prefreezing and further freeze-drying the meat under vacuum.
