<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a drop of deposited particulates through an outside air introduction port, in a structure having an outside air inlet needed when a filter for collecting exhaust particulates is reproducingly treated by a heater. SOLUTION: This device is formed such that an auxiliary chamber 14 is separately formed at the lower part of a casing 1 incorporating a filter for collecting exhaust porticulates and a heater for reproduction treatment. The casing 1 and the auxiliary chamber 14 are caused to intercommunicate with each other through an inner side outside air inlet 15 and meanwhile, an outside air inlet 11 offsetting by W from the outside air inlet 15 protruding by a given amount H to an inner part is connected to the auxiliary chamber 14 and caused to communicate with an external part. Exhaust particulates Q deposited in the casing 1 are collected in the auxiliary chamber 14 and prevented from dropping through the outside air introduction pipe 11. The exhaust particulates Q in the auxiliary chamber 14 are discharged by removing a drain plug 17 as occasion demands.</p> |
