PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of preventing a color drift by forming a compact structure and bringing transfer positions of respective colors of an image into coincidence in the case of using the structure. SOLUTION: In the printer having a constitution for superposing and transferring images of respective colors to a transfer from a plate drum for forming the images of respective color separated colors, a transfer device uses a belt-like transfer material 24-1 as the transfer. In this case, the material 24-1 has many engaging portions 24-1A each having a length of times of an integer of a circumferential length of a plate drum 1-0 and aligned along a spreading direction. The portion 24-1A is engaged with a member 24-7 for moving the material 24-1, and is movable in a predetermined direction. |
