<p>A method of screening a substance affecting bone resorption involving: (a) the step of bringing a test substance into contact with osteoclast precursors and an osteoclast-inducer; and (b) the step of confirming the effect of the test substance on the differentiation of the osteoclast precursors into osteoclasts. By using this method, the effect of a test substance on osteoclast precursors can be quickly and conveniently evaluated.</p> |
