PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a glass cell from a tube with a bottom preventing formation of a flaw on the inner surface of the tube with a bottom and molding with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This manufacturing process comprises a first process in which an angled inner mold 3 is inserted from the opening of a tube 4 with a bottom, then the pressure inside the tube 4 with a bottom is reduced while heating the tube 4 with a bottom and the inner surface of the tube 4 with a bottom is molded nearly in the form of the inner mold, and a second process in which the outer surface of the tube 4 with a bottom is molded in the form of an outer mold 5 by locating the outer mold 5 to the side of the tube 4 with a bottom and blow-pressurizing the inside of the tube 4 with a bottom.
