PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding dust box with a cover panel facilitating installation in proper places such as a road side and park, preventing untidy eating by a crow, etc., even if dust mixed with garbage, etc., are put in, in a use state of the dust box assembled so as to ensure a dust housing region 10A of a rectangular shape in plan view, and compactly folded between vertical right and left supports at the time of nonuse. SOLUTION: On an opposite surface of the vertical right and left supports 11 provided at an appropriate interval, roughly rectangular right and left side doors 33 and rectangular right and left front doors 35 being roughly flush with the vertical right and left supports 11 and having roughly half length of the interval are bendably hinged 34, 36. By assembly of both doors 33, 35, the dust housing region 10A of the rectangular shape in the plan view is constituted at its front side between the vertical right and left supports 11. A top opening of the dust housing region 10A of the rectangular shape in the plan view can be opened/closed with the cover panel 40 supported with a base shaft 41 on a bearing bracket 20 of the top of the vertical right and left supports 11, while the cover panel 40 is hung on a front side of the rectangular right and left side doors 33 and front doors 35 folded between the vertical right and left supports 11 so as to cover and protect them.
