An electronic device is provided to maintain electrical connections in combined areas between plural casings where non-conductive coating layers are formed, without disconnecting the combined areas, thereby effectively shielding electromagnetic waves. A body casing(10) has a cover opening(11) on one side while a lot of hardware is received. A cover casing(20) rotatively opens/closes the cover opening(11) in a cover hinge unit(30) disposed on one flexible side of the cover opening(11). The body casing(10) and the cover casing(20) are combined together to form an external appearance of a computer, while spaces for receiving various parts are formed inside. Non-conductive coating layers are formed on surfaces of both body casing(10) and cover casing(20).
