<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of easily taking out a discharged sheet of paper while suppressing the complication of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An intra-barrel discharge part 60 in the copying machine (image forming apparatus) 1 includes: a rib 61 which is brought into contact with the rear end of a sheet in the discharging direction (arrow S direction) of the sheet and projected in the discharging direction only by a prescribed projection length; a rib 62 which is formed on the sheet extracting direction (arrow T direction) of the sheet from the intra-barrel discharge part 60, brought into contact with the rear end of the sheet and projected in the discharging direction by a projection length shorter than the projection length of the rib 61; and a rib 63 which is formed more on the extracting direction side (arrow T direction) from the rib 62, brought into contact with the rear end of the sheet and projected in the discharging direction only by a projection length shorter than the projection length of the rib 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
