Arrangement has an air duct (3a,13,15,16,17) forms a housings (1a), through which blown air flows, a foil shaped element (23), arranged in the housing, whereby an opening (11a,12a) of the air duct is opened and closed. A roller shaft, connected at the other end of the foil-shaped element, which rolls up or unwinds the foil-shaped element. Roller shaft and drive mechanism for the roller shaft are arranged at an air inflow side of the opening. A blown air blocking part is provided, which covers an upstream part of the airflow of the drive mechanism (26A and 26B) for the roller shaft.
