PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide napkins for men to prevent underwear from getting dirty such as ultramicro amount of urine and secretions. SOLUTION: The napkin has a body 1 made of water-soluble materials capable of flashing into a toilet and absorbing ultramicro amount of urine, secretions, etc. and a belt 2 fitting not to come off a penis, and uses water-soluble pastes to flash into a toilet. They can be flashed to be used at any restrooms because a sanitary container is not set in a men's restroom now. Furthermore, they are small and thin so that they can be portable and no trouble for a user, and they can be manufactured at extremely low cost to obtain the effect for generalization.
