PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for backbone osteosynthesis which does not complicate its installation work, which can firmly connect bone transplant tissue to its intervertebral linking rod, and which enables the rod to be in an offset axis position in relation to the bone transplant tissue. SOLUTION: A device for backbone osteosynthesis comprises: a bone anchoring member 10; a linking rod for linking the anchoring member with other anchoring members; an intermediate member 40; a ball-socket linking section 50 between a first part 41 of the intermediate member and the bone anchoring member 10; a clamp linking section 43 between a second part of the intermediate member and the intervertebral linking rod; and a locking means 60 for locking the ball-socket linking section and the clamp linking section. The clamp linking section includes a clamp 43 having two branches 43a and 43b laterally separating from the ball-socket linking section. The locking means for locking the clamp section has a clamp member which acts on the branches in the region of their free ends so as to press the branch ends towards each other.
