PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sockliner of a shoe, which gives no unpleasant feeling while aiming at the maintenance and improvement of health by walking and is difficult to be damaged even if it is used for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A plurality of rising sections 2a-2e are provided on the surface of a main body 1, and a plurality of small holes 5 are made to penetrate parts except these rising sections 2a-2e. Further, cover members 3 and 4 having a sweat absorbing property or a moisture absorbing property are fixed to either or both of the front and rear face of the main body 1 and the plurality of small holes 5 are made to penetrate parts except parts lapping over the rising sections 2a-2e of the main body 1 in these cover members 3 and 4. Moreover, the trapezoid rising section 2b is provided within the range of the reflecting division B of the arch of the foot, and the circular rising section 2a is continuously provided within the range of a heel reflecting division A, a thumb reflecting division C, and near the inside of the main body 1 between the thumb reflecting division C and the reflecting division B of the arch of the foot.
