PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventional concurrent ridging and seeding machines each can change the height and posture of a seeding machine, can not change the longitudinal position of the seedling machine, can especially independently not change the seeding machine from a ridging shaping machine, can not accurately seed on completed ridges, can not give environments suitable for growth, such as sunlight, root respiration and drainage, to seeds, and thereby causes the reduction in the harvest of crops and the deterioration in crop quality. SOLUTION: This concurrent ridging seeding machine 3 mounted on the rear portion of a rotary tiller 2 and having the ridging shaping machine 4 and the seeding machine 5 is characterized by disposing a position-adjusting mechanism 43 which can independently change the longitudinal position/height/posture of the seeding machine 5 on the basis of the rotary tiller 2 from the ridging shaping machine 4.
