PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component having a satisfactory characteristic even under high humidity and high temperature environment. SOLUTION: A dielectric film of an electronic component is a film formed by a polymerization reaction of a resin monomer and expressed by an equation (1) with the resin monomer combined through a vinyl group and six-membered ring.
