<p>The device has a reference light source (1) with different filters having different transmissions. The filters are used as limited number of filter plates (3) with arbitrarily manufactured transmission structure in a light well (2), which represents a calibration optical path. The filters are utilized consecutively so that the filters, in individual or in combination with each other, generate a set of defined, reproducible stepped damping condition of light of the reference light source, which exceeds the number of filter plates.</p> |
