Integrated magnetic device with piezoelectric control

The device e.g. variable inductor (1) has a girder (7) made of piezoelectric material and encapsulated in soft isolating material. The girder has transversal parts (9) of preset width (W1), where each part has a mechanical anchorage area anchored on a substrate. The parts are connected by a central arm (10) of preset width (W2). An ellipsoid magnetic element (8) is disposed on the arm. The parts and the arm are made of piezoelectric material. The girder is liberated and fitted at ends of the area. The profile of the girder generates uniaxial and homogeneous constrains in the element.
