A food garbage disposal equipment is provided to increase dewatering performance of primarily crushed food garbage by crushing food garbage again in a pressing part for dewatering food garbage, and perform a water-passing operation and repairing and maintenance of the equipment easily by installing an alien substance-removing brush on an outer portion of a screen that covers a screw. In a food garbage disposal equipment comprising: a crushing part including a rotating cutter(1) and fixed blades(2) that come in contact with the cutter; and a pressing part including a cylindrical screen which is connected to a lower part of the crushing part, and in which a plurality of water-passing holes(3) are formed, and a screw(5) rotatably installed within the screen, the food garbage disposal equipment comprises: a plurality of fixed blades(6) for the screw that are installed at an inner side of the screen under the crushing part such that the fixed blades for the screw are spaced apart from one another in an equal distance; blade grooves(7) formed on portions of the screw that are interfered with the fixed blades for the screw such that food garbage is also crushed in the pressing part; and a brush(8) installed on an outer face of the screen such that the brush comes in contact with the screen, wherein the brush is reciprocated in the length direction of the screen by a link mechanism(10) connected to a brush motor.
