PURPOSE: A functional food composition having blood composition and function recovering effects is provided to treat the abnormal blood composition caused by drugs or stress. CONSTITUTION: A functional food composition contains 30-90wt% of collagen, 3-60wt% of linseed, 1-50wt% of phlorotannin, 1-30wt% of calcium, 0.1-3wt% of iron, 0.01-0.5wt% of vitamin E, and 0.01-0.1wt% of vitamin B. The functional food composition additionally contains 1-10wt% of lecithin, 0.005-3wt% of lignin, and 0.01-0.2wt% of copper. The collagen is derived from fish or meat. The linseed is powder or oil. The phlorotannin is selected from eckol, dieckol, 6,6`-bieckol, 8,8`-bieckol, 2-O-(2,4,6-trihydroxyphenyl)-6,6`-bieckol, phlorofurofucoeckol, fucofuroeckol, 2-phloroeckol, 7-phloroeckol, triphlorethol, or phlorotannin A. |
