<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonded-magnet composition that has excellent fluidity and includes rare earth-iron-nitrogen based magnetic powder, ferrite magnetic powder, and a resin binder, and a bonded magnet using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The bonded-magnet composition includes rare earth-iron-nitrogen based magnetic powder with a Th<SB>2</SB>Zn<SB>17</SB>-type crystal structure, ferrite magnetic powder, and a resin binder.
