摘要 An observation wheel contains the base with at least one post, the stationary part, and the rotating part, the girders, the wheel with the passenger cabins containing the external frame and the internal frame with then seats, the suspension mounted freely on the axis, the spring-loaded bar, at least one ring with the radial grooves mounted in the internal frame. On each horizontal shaft, the disk with the segment is attached. The ring with the radial segments is mounted in the internal frame. The rod is equipped with the pins engaging with the grooves of the ring in the internal frame. At the upper end, the rod contains the fork with the rolls. The disk with the segments and the fork with the rolls are located in the suspension interacting with the segments when the disk is turned. The stationary part of the wheel consists of at least three posts, two of them representing the basement, the girders representing the tubular columns, Y-shaped post with the basement, and the spreader providing for the stiffness of the whole construction. The latter contains two strained ropes connected with the anchorage unit attached to the separate basement. The central shaft is designed as the thick-walled tubular cylindrical construction attached rigidly to the posts on both sides with the aid of two support assemblies. The drive consists of the motor, the supporting part located independently within the station. The frame is attached to the support part and transmits the load from the driving elements representing the set of the friction wheels transmitting the rotational moment to the external ring of the rotating part of the observation wheel. The station has the boarding platform and the room for the rest. The rotating part contains the wheel, the external ring with two shells, the ropes serving as the spokes, the suspension for the passenger cabins, the drum designed as the bushing with the site receiving the bearings with the rims for spoke attachment. The guiding rings in the external ring of the rotating part of the wheel are in the permanent contact with the friction wheels of the drive. The cabins are mounted with the aid of the pairs of the bearing units attached to the external ring by suspensions. At the base of the internal part of the cabin's frame, the dais for the seats is made with the counter-weights providing for the horizontal position of the dais in automatic mode. The cabin is protected by the strong glass. Each cabin has two doors and the comfort appliances. The central shaft of the moving part is equipped with the angular-contrast bearings and is fastened rigidly in its beds on both sides. The station and the cabin are equipped with the required comfort-providing appliances.
