PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a more appropriate hazard warning, by making a hazard prediction in accordance with a driver's actual operations and situations of an individual intersection. SOLUTION: When a distance from an associated vehicle to an intersection becomes not greater than a predetermined value, the driver's operation, including sudden braking, is detected (33). A risk at the intersection is next set, according to intersection node information, the vehicle-intersection distance and the driver operation detection (40).
