摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road-to-vehicle communication system, an onboard machine, a center, a road-to-vehicle communication method and a program, allowing remarkable reduction of a communication load by avoiding unnecessary transmission, and allowing accurate comprehension of an environment state by properly collecting desired information. SOLUTION: This road-to-vehicle communication system 1 wherein vehicles 2 and the center 3 are communicably connected to each other, and wherein the center 3 receives and accumulates vehicle information transmitted from the vehicles 2 includes: the onboard machines 21 each loaded in the vehicle 2, each having a vehicle state detection means 21d detecting a state of the vehicle 2, and a transmission part 21f transmitting a detection result detected by the vehicle state detection means 21d as the vehicle information when the detection result satisfies a preset prescribed condition; and information transmission instruction means each prompting the vehicle 2 present on the periphery of the vehicle 2 having transmitted the vehicle information to transmit the vehicle information.
