<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can be used without exchanging a shield member at the time of model change or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mounting part 35 having an engaging protrusion 36 and a shaft part 51 located apart from the engaging protrusion 36 is formed on the backside of a middle frame 12. Also, a first engaging hole 24a which can be engaged with the engaging protrusion 36 and a first shaft hole 53 into which the shaft part 51 can be inserted are formed in a main control device 20. A second engaging hole 41 which can be engaged with the engaging protrusion 36 and a second shaft hole 55 into which the shaft part 51 can be inserted are formed in the shield member 40. By mounting the shield member 40 to the mounting part 35 by engaging the second engaging hole 41 of the shield member 40 rotatably supported by inserting the shaft part 51 into the second shaft hole 55 with the engaging protrusion 36, and mounting the main control device 20 to the mounting part 35 by engaging the first engaging hole 24a of the main control device 20 rotatably supported by inserting the shaft part 51 into the first shaft hole 53 with the engaging protrusion 36, the shield member 40 is positioned between the main control device 20 and a power source control device 21.
