PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of a heater and to operate a protective member appropriately over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A thermostat 105 is attached in direct contact with the outer surface of a bottom plate 44 of an evaporating tank 41. A heat transfer plate 111 is attached to an inner wall 30A of a mounting recess 30 of a refrigerator body 10 through a heat insulating sheet 115. A heat receiving surface 112 of the heat transfer plate 111 is in a height position to face the rear side of a horizontal part 51 of an evaporating heater 50, and a contact plate 45 extended from a bottom plate 44 of the evaporating tank 41 is in line contact with the heat receiving surface 112. A thermal fuse 110 is held in close contact with a mounting surface 113 at the lower end of the heat transfer plate 111 by a fuse holder 117. The heat of the evaporating tank 41 is attenuated and transmitted to the mounting surface 113 of the heat transfer plate 111, and even when the evaporating tank 41 rises to a temperature to cut off the thermal fuse 110, the mounting surface 113 of the heat transfer plate 111 is limited to rise to a temperature lower than this temperature.
