PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive damper device providing secure sealing in closing and having high reliability of temperature control. SOLUTION: The damper device 1 is provided with a resin frame part 4 having an opening 5, a baffle 7 for opening/closing the opening 5 and a drive part 2 for driving the baffle 7. The frame is provided with a plate-shaped opening forming part 6 for forming at least the opening 5, sidewalls 4a, 4b, 4c provided at opposing edges of the opening forming part 6, and an abutment part 9 provided on the outer periphery of the opening 5 to project toward the baffle 7. By ribs 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 provided on the opening forming part 6, the sidewalls 4a, 4b, 4c and the abutment part 9 are interconnected and supported.
