A wiring method and device for a PCB, and the PCB. The method comprises: determining the line widths and the line spacing of differential signal lines; separately disposing a differential signal line and a single-ended signal line on the printed circuit board according to the line widths and the line spacing of the differential signal lines, and setting the line width of the single-ended signal line to a line width not less than that of the differential signal line; and disposing an arch-shaped connection signal line on a junction of the single-ended signal line and the corresponding differential signal line, tangentially connecting two ends of a center line of each arch-shaped connection signal line to a center line of the corresponding single-ended signal line and a center line of the corresponding differential signal line separately, setting the line width of the arch-shaped connection signal line to a line width between the line width of the single-ended signal line and the line width of the differential signal line, and allowing the line width of the two ends of each arch-shaped connection signal line to match the line width of the corresponding single-ended signal line and the line width of the corresponding differential signal line. The problem of signal integrity caused by impedance discontinuity between a single-ended signal line and a differential signal line is solved. |
