PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular information providing device capable of notifying that a portable terminal is left behind and shortening a time for finding the portable terminal.SOLUTION: A vehicular information providing device 100 includes a vehicular meter 10 and a portable terminal 20 which are connected to each other by radio communication. The vehicular meter 10 includes a first control part 14 for making first notification parts 12, 13 execute a first leaving-behind notification operation and also transmitting an environment information request signal for requesting environment information to the portable terminal 20 in the case where it is determined that a user gets off a vehicle and that radio communication is performed with the portable terminal 20. The portable terminal 20 includes a second control part 23 for acquiring the environment information to transmit the environment information to the vehicular meter 10. The first control part 14 makes the first notification parts 12, 13 execute a discovery support operation on the basis of the environment information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
